Tresor

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2025-08-21 · Draft

1. Acceptance

By accessing Tresor you agree to these draft terms. A finalized binding version will be published before general availability. If you disagree, discontinue use.

2. Service Scope

Tresor provides a privacy-preserving interface to multiple AI model providers using a Zero-Access architecture. We do not guarantee availability of specific models and may update or replace integrations.

3. Zero-Access Boundaries

We architect systems so plaintext AI content is not visible to Tresor staff or third-party model providers. You remain responsible for avoiding prohibited or sensitive content you do not have rights to process.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service for abuse, malware generation, exploitation, disallowed surveillance, or infringement. Automated scraping or rate abuse of underlying models is prohibited.

5. Availability & Changes

Features may evolve. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or abuse mitigation. Reasonable efforts will be made to minimize disruption.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, FITNESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUTS CAN BE INCORRECT OR MISLEADING. ALWAYS VALIDATE CRITICAL RESULTS.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability for claims relating to beta use of the service is limited to the greater of fees paid in the preceding 3 months (if any) or USD $50.

8. Termination

You may discontinue use at any time. We may revoke access for breach, abuse, or legal necessity. Sections relating to liability, disclaimers, and acceptable use survive termination.

9. Changes

Updated terms will be posted with a new revision date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

These draft terms are informational only and not a final legal agreement. A complete binding version will precede general availability.
